What to Expect
Providing clinical supervision to professionals during their provisional licensure is work I deeply value — and one I consider a true privilege. During these pivotal years of training and development, I aim to provide a space for Associates to feel safe, encouraged, and inspired.
I provided weekly supervision meetings for associates, alternating between group supervision and individual meetings. Individual meetings are conducted 1:1 — not in pairs. Supervision meetings may be held virtually or in person.

Fees
$450 / month
NO extra for emergencies or needs between supervision sessions

I own Kirby Schroeder Counseling, a private practice in Austin, Texas. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Board-Approved Supervisor by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board-Approved Supervisor by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists.
In my counseling practice, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, families, parenting support, and school support.
